1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the services offered by Corvus Axiom ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the entirety of this document, you must refrain from using the Platform. Corvus Axiom reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
2. Service Description and Disclaimer
Corvus Axiom is an Artificial Intelligence-powered data analytics tool designed to identify trends and content niches on YouTube. The User understands and expressly agrees that third-party platform algorithms (such as YouTube) are unpredictable, opaque, and subject to constant change. Corvus Axiom provides purely analytical and informational data. Under no circumstances do we guarantee specific results, such as: content virality, increases in view counts, subscriber growth, successful monetization, or any type of financial benefit. The success of your channel depends exclusively on your own decisions, content quality, and execution.
3. Registration, Security, and Account Sharing Limits
To use certain features, the User must create an account providing accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Account Sharing Policy: Corvus Axiom accounts are designed for individual use; however, we permit an active account to be shared with a maximum of one (1) additional authorized user (a strict limit of two people per account). Our system actively monitors IP addresses and connected devices. Any detection of abusive simultaneous access, logins from multiple incompatible geographic locations, or use of the account by more than two individuals will result in automatic and permanent suspension or termination of the account, without prior notice and without right to a refund.
4. Acceptable Use and Strict Prohibition of Scraping
The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are strictly prohibited: (a) performing data scraping, data mining, automated collection (crawling), or using bots or scripts to access the Corvus Axiom database; (b) abusing our API, attempting to circumvent rate limits, or reverse engineering our algorithms; (c) reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting data obtained from Corvus Axiom as an independent service; (d) using the Platform for any activity that violates YouTube's policies and Terms of Service. Violation of any of these points will result in immediate account cancellation and potential legal action for damages.
5. Billing, Renewal, and Zero-Refund Policy
Corvus Axiom's premium services are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the User cancels it before the renewal date from their control panel. Strict No-Refund Policy: Corvus Axiom offers a free membership plan (Free Tier) specifically designed so users can test, evaluate, and confirm that the tool meets their expectations before making any payment. Consequently, all subscription purchases and payments are final and non-refundable. We will not issue refunds for partial periods of use, forgotten subscription cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the data provided.
6. Interaction with Third-Party Services
Corvus Axiom analyzes public data from YouTube. By using our service, the User acknowledges that we are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and API quotas. Corvus Axiom is not responsible if interruptions, API changes, or blocks by YouTube temporarily or permanently affect the functioning of our Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Corvus Axiom, including but not limited to its source code, visual design (UI/UX), logos, databases, and underlying algorithms, are the exclusive property of Corvus Axiom. Use of our service does not grant the User any intellectual property rights over our technology.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvus Axiom, its creators, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, YouTube channel strikes or closures, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Corvus Axiom harmless from any claims, demands, or damages (including legal fees) arising from their breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Termination of Service
Corvus Axiom reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud, API abuse, or violation of account sharing rules.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
